325 Gnocchi with Tomato & Sage
Gnocchi (no-kee) can sometimes be a little stodgy, but frying them in a bit of butter gives them a wonderful texture - crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. This is how we cook our gnocchi, which is served with a tangy tomato and sage sauce, topped with melted mozzarella.
